LIMITED DOCUMENTATION LICENSE

  1. Grant of License. ScenomicsPartners ["LICENSOR"] grants you or your business ["LICENSEE"] a non-exclusive, limited license to produce printed hard copies of the files contained in this electronic help database. Collectively these XHTML files, cascading stylesheets, pictures, and all other electronic files shall be considered part of the electronic help database ["ONLINE HELP"]. Under the terms of this Agreement, LICENSEE is granted permission to produce one [1] hardcopy ["PRINTED DOCUMENTS"] of each electronic file ending with the file extension [.STM].
  2. Ownership Rights. LICENSEE understands and agrees that any PRINTED DOCUMENTS and any derivations of PRINTED DOCUMENTS are for personal or internal use only and shall remain property of LICENSOR. LICENSEE understands and agrees that redistribution of PRINTED DOCUMENTS is expressly prohibited. LICENSEE shall not make any modifications to or derivations of the ONLINE HELP without the prior written consent of LICENSOR. In any event, all recommendations, modifications or derivations made by LICENSEE to the ONLINE HELP shall become the property of LICENSOR.
  3. Termination. LICENSOR reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Termination of this Agreement shall be effective immediately. Upon termination of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall immediately destroy any PRINTED DOCUMENTS. LICENSEE can terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all PRINTED DOCUMENTS.
  4. Choice of Venue. LICENSEE understands and agrees that LICENSOR has sole choice of venue for any disputes arising from, or related-to, this Agreement.
  5. Section Headings. The section headings and capitalization contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not in any way control the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
  6. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
