CreateCollapseVertexModifier
This command creates a CreateCollapseVertexModifier to remove vertices. A CreateCollapseVertexModifier removes a vertex and collapses the surrounding edges. A separate modifier handles face and collapse because the algorithm is very different.
Using This Command
Select a face or edge and apply the command.
- Select a vertex.
- Right click and choose Collapse from the listed options.
- The vertex face group is collapsed and simplified.
