Level-Of-Detail Command Menu
This menu contains commands for modifying level-of-detail nodes.
Options are:
Create
. Displays create commands.
Sort
. Displays create commands.
Halve Switching Distances
. Reduces the switching distance by half.
Camera: Position At Center
. Positions the camera at the centroid of the group in world space.
Sort Children For Quadtree
. Sorts a list of child nodes into correct quadtree order.
Create QuadTree From Children
. Creates a single level quadtree from properly sorted child nodes.
Create Collections From Children
. Sorts the child nodes and creates a collection node for each child node type.
Select Nodes Of Same Type
. Selects all the level-of-detail nodes in the scene graph.
Calculate Center Values
. Sets the LOD center at the centroid of the node.
Calculate Switching Distances
. Calculates cascading switching distances for multiple level-of-detail nodes.
Set Switch In Distance
. Sets the switch in distance to the distance between the node and the camera.
Set Switch Out Distance
. Sets the switch out distance to the distance between the node and the camera.
Hide All
. Hides everything except the selected node and its children.
Unhide All
. Reverses the effects of Hide All.
Set Active Parent
. Sets the selected node as the active parent.
Harden Transformations
. Flattens the transformation in the node and its children.
Toggle Visible
. Hides or shows the selected node[s].
Toggle Culling
. Toggles node culling flag.
Toggle Collisions
. Toggles node collisions flag.
Transformation
. Displays transformation shortcuts.
Translate
. Sets the software to interactive translate mode and displays the manipulator.
Scale
. Sets the software to interactive scale mode and displays the manipulator.
Rotate
. Sets the software to interactive rotate mode and displays the manipulator.
Transform
. Displays by-hand transformation options in the browser.
Delete
. Deletes the selection.
Properties
. Displays level-of-detail properties in the browser.
