CreateMaterialNode
Creates a new material node as a child of the selection or as a child of the active parent. If the selection is empty or no active parent can be found, the material is created as a child of the root node.
Using This Command
Select a group or level-of-detail node and apply the command.
- Select a group or level-of-detail node.
- Right click and choose Create » Material from the listed options.
- The software adds a material node to the scene graph.
- If you select multiple groups this command places a new material node beneath each group in the selection.
