CreateSplitEdgeWithGridModifier
This command creates a SplitEdgeWithGridModifier.
Using This Command
Move the grid to the desired position. Select an edge-set and apply the command.
- Move the grid to the desired position.
- Select an edge-set.
- Right click and choose Split With Grid from the listed options.
- The software adds a SplitEdgeWithGridModifier to the mesh construction history.
Figures
This modifier splits an edge along the line where the edge intersects the grid. The grid and the edge do not have to literally intersect but they must intersect in a non-parallel manner.
