Sets a GeographicProjectionModifier Projection flag to use Lambert Conformal Conic projection.
Right click on a GeographicProjectionModifier and select this command.
This projection is sometimes used instead of Universal Transverse Mercator [UTM] to work around the limitations of UTM projection. UTM projection is subject to distortion if the projection is used to build terrain that spans multiple UTM zones.
