This command creates a 7.5 minute tile from a RectangleGeometryModifier. You set the minimum latitude [x] and longitude [y] of the tile and this command sets the maximum latitude and longitude to [minimum x/y + 0.125 degrees].
Select a RectangleGeometryModifier and apply the command.
