Scope Of Scripting Services

Scripting services are designed to allow you to automate repetitive functions and in many cases, extend Scenome without c++. That said, writing new nodes, modifiers, and high performance commands remains a c++ activity.

Document Conventions

This document assumes you have previous experience with programming and scripting languages.

Square brackets are used to denote optional elements, such as variable initialization, parameter lists, and attribute lists: "[example]".
This example uses a return statement to return a value from a function.
