| Fulfillment | You should expect a fulfillment email within 24 hours. Please check your bulk mail folder and contact sales if you do not receive an email. |
| Export Controls | In order to comply with United States Export Control Laws, Scenomics LLC must verify the identity and country of residence of every customer to whom we sell products. |
| Group Sales | For multiple purchases, please indicate the number of licenses on the purchase page order form. Following purchase, the purchasing agent receives an email with download instructions. The purchasing agent should forward this email to all users and provide to sales@scenomics.com a list of authorized users. |
| Licensing Model | All licenses are issued on a per-seat basis. Redistribution licenses are active for 365 days following purchase. |
| Sales Tax | Prices do not include sales tax for orders placed in Minnesota and Washington State. Final price is quoted in our online store. |
| License Agreement | Please review the Personal Use License, Internal Use License, or External Use License before making any purchase. |
| Payment | Scenomics accepts all major credit cards in our online store. |
| Refunds | All sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued. |
| Commercial Orders | Commercial orders: please contact finance if you wish to pay by wire or paper check, or if you have a question about your order. Payments by wire or by paper check must originate from a chartered banking institution. |
| Availability | The Americas, Europe, Australia, India, and most of Asia. Export Control Laws restrict trade of this software to various jurisdictions in Asia. |
